Holiday Giveaway Terms and Conditions:


1. Overview
The B’tox Babe Holiday Giveaway ("Giveaway") is a promotional event by B'tox Babe, a mobile med spa based in Boise, Idaho, designed to give back to our valued clients during the holiday season. The Giveaway will be held from November 12, 2024, to December 14, 2024, at 11:59 PM MT. By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions, as well as the decisions made by B'tox Babe, which are final and binding.


2. Entry Requirements

  • To enter, participants must fully complete and submit the designated Giveaway entry form. Incomplete submissions or forms with inaccurate information will be deemed ineligible.
  • Each participant is allowed only one (1) entry. Any attempts to submit multiple entries may result in disqualification.


3. Eligibility

  • Entrants must be 18 years or older and reside within a 25-mile radius of Meridian, Idaho. Proof of residency or age may be required.
  • This Giveaway is not open to employees of B'tox Babe, family members, or those residing in the same household as an employee.


4. Prize Details

  • Prize: The Giveaway offers three (3) winners a $100 credit each, which may be applied toward any B'tox Babe service.
  • Prize Validity: The $100 credit is valid for use on a single appointment only and cannot be split, carried over, or combined with other credits, discounts, or promotions, including the 10% entry discount or VIP membership discounts. No stacking of discounts is allowed.
  • Redemption: The credit must be used by February 28, 2025. Failure to use the credit by this date will result in forfeiture.


5. Winner Selection

  • The three winners will be selected randomly on December 15, 2024, from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline.
  • Winners will be notified via the contact information provided on their entry form. If a winner cannot be reached within three (3) days, an alternate winner may be selected.


6. Entry Discount

  • All participants who fully complete and submit their entry form (and do not win a $100 credit) will receive a 10% discount on their next B'tox Babe appointment.
  • Discount Validity: This 10% discount cannot be combined with the $100 credit or VIP membership discounts and is valid only for one appointment. No stacking of discounts is allowed.
  • Exclusivity: If a participant is selected as a winner for the $100 credit, they will not be eligible to receive the 10% discount.
  • Expiration: This discount must be used by February 28, 2025, and will be forfeited if unused by that date.


7. VIP Membership Exclusions

  • VIP members already receiving a 10% membership discount are not eligible for the 10% entry discount. Discounts cannot be stacked or combined under any circumstances.


8. General Terms

  • The prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
  • B'tox Babe reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway in the event of unforeseen technical or administrative difficulties.
  • By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to allow B'tox Babe to use their names, images, and/or likenesses in promotional materials related to the Giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.


9. Use of Personal Information
By submitting their information, entrants agree that B'tox Babe may use their contact details to reach out for purposes related to this Giveaway and to send future marketing communications. Personal information collected will be used to administer the Giveaway and provide any applicable discounts. B'tox Babe adheres to privacy best practices and will not sell or share entrant information with third parties without consent.


10. Limitation of Liability
B'tox Babe and its employees, affiliates, or partners shall not be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or interruptions related to the administration or operation of the Giveaway. By participating, entrants agree to hold B'tox Babe harmless from any liability related to their participation or prize usage.


11. Agreement to Terms
Participation in this Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions. Entrants acknowledge that B'tox Babe’s decisions regarding all matters related to this Giveaway are final.
