Coupon Terms and Conditions
- Validity: Coupons are valid only for the time period explicitly stated. B'tox Babe Mobile Med Spa reserves the right to set, shorten, or revoke expiration dates at any time, with or without notice.
- Service Area Limitation: Coupons are valid only for clients currently located within the defined serviceable area of B'tox Babe Mobile Med Spa. These areas are subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of B'tox Babe. Coupons will be void if the recipient is located outside of this area at the time of redemption.
- Redemption Window: Coupons must be redeemed within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Expired coupons will not be honored.
- Single Use Only: Each coupon is valid for a single use and is limited to one per person, per promotional period. Any attempt to use a coupon more than once or under multiple identities will void all associated offers.
- Redemption Restrictions: Coupons are valid only for the services or products specified. Redemption is subject to availability and at the sole discretion of B'tox Babe. No guarantees are made regarding appointment availability or service eligibility.
- Non-Transferable: Coupons are non-transferable, non-replaceable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. They may not be sold, traded, gifted, or exchanged under any circumstances.
- Presentation Required: Coupon must be presented in digital or printed form at the time of service. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the offer.
- Designated Location Requirement: In some cases, clients may be required to meet at a designated location for service redemption. This may include specific parking locations, event sites, or central service areas depending on schedule and availability.
- No Guarantee of Service: B'tox Babe reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, eligibility concerns, or policy violations.
- Modification & Termination: All coupon terms are subject to change or cancellation at any time, with or without notice. Issuance of a coupon does not create any ongoing obligation.
- Fraud and Abuse Policy: Any suspected abuse—including but not limited to duplicate redemptions, misrepresentation, or tampering—will result in permanent disqualification from future promotions and may be reported to relevant authorities.
- No Guarantee of Results: B'tox Babe Mobile Med Spa provides aesthetic services that may have varying outcomes depending on individual factors including anatomy, age, skin type, and adherence to post-care instructions. Results are not guaranteed, and individual experiences may differ. By redeeming this coupon, the client acknowledges that no specific outcome or result has been promised or implied.
Voucher Terms and Conditions
- Validity: Vouchers are valid only for the time period explicitly stated or for 30 days from issuance, whichever comes first, unless otherwise specified in writing by B'tox Babe Mobile Med Spa.
- Service Area Limitation: Voucher holders must reside or be located within B'tox Babe's current serviceable area at the time of redemption. This area is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- One-Time Use: Vouchers are limited to one per individual, per promotional period. Multiple entries, redemptions, or use by the same individual or household will result in disqualification and voiding of all related offers.
- Redemption Limitations: Redemption is contingent on appointment availability and service eligibility. No guarantees of service are made by possession of a voucher alone.
- No Value and Non-Transferability: Vouchers hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. They are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the original recipient.
- Appointment Policy: Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to provider availability. B'tox Babe reserves the right to reschedule or refuse appointments.
- Designated Location Requirement: In some cases, voucher holders may be required to meet at a designated service location instead of receiving services at their own home or requested site. This may include scheduled stops for the mobile unit or centralized service areas.
- Misuse or Misrepresentation: Any attempt to copy, alter, transfer, or misuse the voucher will result in cancellation and may lead to a permanent ban from all future promotions or services.
- No Entitlement or Contractual Right: Receipt of a voucher does not create any contract, entitlement, or guarantee of service. B'tox Babe may cancel or void a voucher at any time for any reason.
- Changes and Termination: B'tox Babe reserves the right to update, alter, or discontinue voucher offers and these terms at any time without notice.
- No Guarantee of Results: B'tox Babe Mobile Med Spa provides aesthetic services that may have varying outcomes depending on individual factors including anatomy, age, skin type, and adherence to post-care instructions. Results are not guaranteed, and individual experiences may differ. By redeeming this voucher, the client acknowledges that no specific outcome or result has been promised or implied.
Giveaway and Drawing Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility & Verification: Participation in giveaways is limited to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria stated in each promotion. B'tox Babe may require proof of identity, age, and location within the current service area before awarding any prize. Eligibility is subject to verification and at the sole discretion of B'tox Babe.
- Service Area Requirement: Winners must reside within the current and actively serviced locations of B'tox Babe Mobile Med Spa at the time of redemption. These areas are subject to change. B'tox Babe reserves the right to rescind or refuse any prize if the winner is outside the current service area.
- Redemption Period: All prizes must be redeemed within 30 calendar days of notification or award. After this period, the prize will be forfeited with no substitutions.
- Prize Limitations: Each prize is limited to one per individual per giveaway. Prizes may be specific to a particular service and are valid for one service appointment only. Remaining value cannot be applied to other services or future bookings.
- No Substitution or Exchange: Prizes cannot be substituted, exchanged, or transferred. There is no cash equivalent or refund for any unused portion.
- No Right to Entry or Future Participation: Participation in one giveaway does not entitle the entrant to participate in future giveaways. B'tox Babe reserves the right to block any users for suspected abuse, multiple entries, or manipulation of outcomes.
- Fraud, Bots, and Disqualification: Use of bots, duplicate accounts, fake profiles, or fraudulent behavior will result in immediate disqualification and permanent exclusion from all future promotions.
- Designated Location Requirement: In certain situations, winners may be required to meet at a specific location or service site in order to redeem their prize. B'tox Babe will provide reasonable notice and instructions for such arrangements. Refusal to travel to the designated location may result in forfeiture of the prize.
- Publicity Release: By entering, winners grant B'tox Babe the right to publicly announce and use their name, likeness, or Instagram handle in promotional materials unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
- Discretion and Final Authority: All decisions regarding giveaways, entries, eligibility, and prize distribution are final and at the sole discretion of B'tox Babe Mobile Med Spa.
- No Guarantee of Results: B'tox Babe Mobile Med Spa provides aesthetic services that may have varying outcomes depending on individual factors including anatomy, age, skin type, and adherence to post-care instructions. Results are not guaranteed, and individual experiences may differ. By participating in any giveaway or accepting any prize, the entrant acknowledges that no specific outcome or result has been promised or implied.
